Prepare shipments directly from invoices and sales orders, with document actions grouped in one place.

Choose Documents → Packing Slip PDF from an invoice or sales order to generate a PDF with customer and shipping details, items, descriptions, and quantities. Prices, discounts, taxes, and totals are omitted.
Use Documents to open the regular PDF or a packing slip, control whether shipping information appears, and send invoices.
Fine-tune pre-printed check alignment for checks and payroll, then reuse the saved setup anywhere you sign in.
From the lined-or-blank print window, open Lined Check Setup to move the check face, written amount, and both stubs horizontally or vertically. Settings are saved per bank account and available across devices; use Test Print to confirm the alignment before printing one or more checks.
