# Accountberry

> Accountberry is an accounting-first cloud ERP for small and midsize businesses and accounting firms in Puerto Rico and the United States. It connects accounting, banking, sales, purchasing, inventory, payroll, and reporting in one web-based platform.

Accountberry has served businesses for more than eight years, and more than 1,000 businesses are in the system. Company data is hosted using AWS infrastructure. Every plan includes a free 14-day trial, roles and permissions, batch importing, data export, and support.

Plans are billed per company rather than per added seat. Bronze Register supports up to two users. Silver Business and Gold Enterprise support unlimited users. Invited access does not add a separate user charge.

Gold Enterprise is the only plan with Puerto Rico payroll and forms, Plaid Bank Sync, AI-assisted transaction categorization, auto-reconciliation, and AI-assisted financial report analysis. Plaid Bank Sync is included with Gold at no additional fee. Supported Puerto Rico workflows include W-2PR, 499R-1B, 941-SP, unemployment and disability reporting, Choferil, 480.6A, 480.6SP, and supported electronic filing files.

There is no separate accountant account type. An accountant can use one standard Accountberry account to access multiple companies. A client can own and pay for a company, then invite an accountant without an additional user fee. If the accountant creates a company, the accountant pays that company's subscription while they own it. Company ownership can later be transferred to the client's Accountberry account.

Accountberry supports standard U.S. accounting and operating workflows, but it does not currently prepare or electronically file U.S. federal or state tax forms. It is not positioned as a manufacturing, multi-warehouse, or global enterprise ERP. Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-assisted accounting output before finalizing work or making financial decisions.
